Fantastic villa set in the Andalusian countryside just above Torre del Mar, Costa del Sol, Spain.
The two villas are set in a quiet and peaceful location surrounded by olive and almond groves with its own private pool with sun beds on plot which has 5,000+ square metres of land! As you can see in the picture there are retaining walls build both along the back and at the front to protect the land. Only a 10 minute drive down to the beach at Torre del Mar and large shopping centre El Engenio. The villas have spectacular sea and mountain views looking over Torre del Mar, with the rugged mountains behind and the traditional Spanish pueblo of Arenas just a few kilometers away. The interior of both villas are spacious and beautifully furnished to a very high standard. With a large open plan lounge area with leather suites and dining areas, including everything you need for a fantastic self-catering holiday. There is wireless broadband Internet connection in the office also available. Outside there are two large shaded alfresco dining area with seating for up to 8 people set in mature gardens. The villas have good access with concrete road, there is no dirt track from the main road!
Live in one side and rent the other side out to clients. As owners we have successfully rented one of the villas out to clients for over three years now. In 2010 we rented 18 weeks with a total income of £10,500 GBP for the year. With 2011 being even better with 20 weeks rented, earning an income of over 13,000 euros by September.

The villa comes with its own well and has a large water deposit located underground at the back of the villa. As the villa is located at a lower level of the mountain and the 5,000+ square metres of land meets the river at the bottom of the valley, the villa never runs out of its own water supply, unlike villas which are higher up. The villa has an electric meter fitted and bills are paid monthly.
The villa has broadband internet fitted with a wireless modem router so interent can be accessed from villa 2 also. The monthly bill for the service is arround 30 euros.
From the main road there is a short concrete road leading all the up to the villa entrance (about a 2 minute drive), There is a short concrete road from the main road to the villa entrance (there is no dirt track to get to the villa unlike most villas!) so a normal car is fine. The villa is all on one level.
The villa entrance has parking for at 5+ cars with a tiled path leading up to the entrance door at the rear of the villa.
Outside villa 1 there is a very large shaded pergola area with outside table and chairs for up to 6 people for dining alfresco, a table tennis table for the kids, mature gardens and fantastic views. Villa 2 also has a large pergola with mature gardens and fantastic views to the sea.
At the back of the villa is a large storage garage with extended roof for a shaded area and BBQ area and storage.
It is only a 10 minute drive down to the beach at Torre del Mar. Nerja is only 20 minutes away with excellent beaches, bars and restaurants or visit the famous Nerja Caves.
Bavaria Golf which is an 18 hole golf course which is only 15 minutes drive away.
You can also go skiing for the day in Granada’s Sierra Nevada resort between November and March.
Malaga airport is only 35 kilometers away and about 45 minutes in the car.
Nearest Motorway: Velez-Malaga / Torre Del Mar at 5km. Nearest beach at 5km. The village of Arenas is only a few minutes drive away inland into the mountains with fantastic scenery.
Only a 10 minute drive away down to the coast there is Torre del Mar which has a large indoor shopping center El Engenio with 10 pin bowling, 10 screen multi-cinema and bars and restaurants. Just opposite is the aqua park with numerous slides and pools for the children and also two go-carting circuits. Nearby is Caleta de Velez home to Bavaria Golf which is an 18 hole golf course. Nerja is only 20 minutes away with excellent beaches, bars and restaurants or visit the famous Nerja Caves. The villa is ideally located for visiting famous attractions like the Alhambra Palace, Granada, just one and a half hours drive away. You can also go skiing for the day in Granada’s Sierra Nevada resort between November and March.
The beautiful cities of Sevilla, Ronda, Cordoba and Malaga with the Picasso museum and shopping are also within easy reach for day trips.
The TV is English channels only including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and 5, plus more Sky channels. It is a 1.3m satellite dish with hidden cables running to the lounge and two bedrooms in each villa. The four Sky Digiboxes are included in the sale also. Full size table tennis table included also. The swimming pool as you can see is located in the center for each villa to have equal access.
